(Ashoora) 42 : 16
وَالَّذِينَ يُحَاجُّونَ فِي اللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا اسْتُجِيبَ لَهُ حُجَّتُهُمْ دَاحِضَةٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ
And those who are repudiating regarding Allah after answering to Him, their repudiation will be null and void with their Lord, and upon them have the wrath, and they have severe punishment.
‘Those who are repudiating regarding Allah after answering to Him’ mentioned in the verse is about the transgressing hypocrites who believed earlier and later hid Adhikr and became disbelievers as explained in verses 3: 90-91. See explanation 4: 137-139; 9: 67-68 and 63: 3-4.
